Aim

Art direct and develop an identity for the Golden Sub - an amateur FIFA tournament hosted by Guild and Subway.

Solution

The tournament aesthetic uses gold and blacks to generate a stylish theme throughout the venue which fits the trophy design. The finals were attended and hosted by Steve White (JaackMaate’s Happy Hour Podcast and Guild Content Creator), TN25 (Guild FIFA Content Creator), Pieface (FIFA Content Creator), Elz the Witch (Content Creator and Presenter), Iain Chambers and Harry Pinero (with a brief cameo from Guild’s co-owner David Beckham).

Tom Sorrell from Billericay, who took home lion’s share of £1,800 prize pool and the Golden Sub trophy, created from recycled materials by London jeweller Jonny Hoxton.
